If you cancel your subscription before 30 days, you are NOT entitled to a refund. When you cancel your monthly membership your username and password will be removed from the system approximately 30 days from the date of your last charge but you will still receive the full benefits of your membership no matter when you cancel.

Your credit card will be charged every thirty days from the day of the month you originally subscribed. If you cancel your account before that time, we will not renew your account in 30 days. Instead your account will expire on that date. If you purchased a trial membership, the 30-day billing cycle begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel within the trial period.

http://www.clickmemedia.com/help/faq.php?cid=1&answer=5#f5 <![CDATA[Why was my credit card rejected when I tried to join?]]> 2010-10-19T04:04:29+10:00 Why was my credit card rejected when I tried to join?

There are a number of factors beyond our control that may prevent us from billing a credit card. For example, the card could be "blocked" if it was ever involved in a billing dispute with an Internet merchant or website. This is done to protect the cardholder and merchant from similar billing problems in the future. It is important to read a website's Terms and Conditions before joining so that you understand the site's billing and cancellation policies. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do to make a rejected card "good" again. To maximize the chance that your order will go through, be sure to answer each question on the subscription form as accurately as possible.

When you re-visit a site, your browser loads the old copy from the disk cache instead of downloading a fresh page from the Internet. If you experience problems with photos, video, message boards or chat rooms, try clearing your cookies in order to force your browser to download a fresh page. Here's how to clear your cache and cookies:

If you are using a Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Select in the browser menu - Tools / Clear Recent History

We have found that this format is most "browser friendly." However, some people have had problems opening these files outside of their browser. The only solution for this is to find a new JPEG viewer, or upgrade to a newer version of your paint program. Check with the manufacturer of your particular program to see if an upgraded version supports web optimized JPEGs, or look for a new one at a software site such as http://www.download.com
