What is my Member ID number?
A Member ID is a 4-10 digit number that is issued to you when you join; it is listed in the order confirmation email that you receive shortly after submitting your order. You should maintain a record of your Member ID and use it when contacting customer service or when using the automated forms.

I signed up yesterday but I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What happened?
Here are a couple of possibilities:

  1. You did not provide us with a valid email return address. We tried sending you either a confirmation email or a decline email and it bounced back to us, or the email address you provided was incomplete and we could not decipher it.
  2. Your order has not been processed yet, even though we may have granted you immediate access to the website.

What is my e-mail address?
Ask your Internet Service Provider (ISP) what it is. Email addresses generally look like these examples:
johnd356@aol.com
johndoe@juno.com
johndoe@gte.net
If you give us a false email address or if you mistype it, you will not receive an order confirmation.

I'm an AOL member; how can I use the Netscape browser?
The America Online software comes with a "light" version of the Internet Explorer web browser. This browser may have problems accessing all the features of the site. For best performance with our sites, we highly recommend using the Netscape browser. The good news is that you can use both AOL and Netscape together! Here's how:

  1. Download a free copy of Netscape at http://www.netscape.com
  2. Run the Netscape installation program.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Sign on to AOL as you normally do.
  5. Once signed on, minimize AOL and then open the Netscape browser.

What is "Java" and why do I need it?
Be sure that Java and JavaScript are enabled in your browser's preferences. Some of our features require that Java be enabled on your browser. Most browsers have this option enabled, but it could have been inadvertently turned off. To check your Java settings, go to your browser's "Preferences" and ensure that the "Java" and "JavaScript" functions are enabled. (If you are using Netscape, select Preferences from the Edit menu, then click on Advanced).

How can I contact one of your models?
Occasionally a model that desires to be contacted will ask us to add his or her email address and/or address to their photo set. If no contact information is displayed, the model does not wish to be contacted.
