Here are some possible explanations:
- You didn't enter your username and password in the
correct case (upper/lower case) sequence.
- Your credit card was declined.
- Your credit card expired last month so we could
not run your card this month. We inform all of our members of this
unless we do not have a valid e-mail address or they do not want any
e-mail sent.
- You cancelled your account.
- We canceled your account for unauthorized use of
a credit card, sharing your password with other people, or similar
reasons.
- You moved and didn't notify us. Therefore your credit
card was declined because your address could not be verified.
