I forgot my username and password.

My username and password do not work.

I forgot the URL (address) of the Website that I joined. Where can I get this?

I have been a member for a no. of months and suddenly I cannot use my password. I get a message stating "Authorization has failed." Why can't I get in?

  1. First enter your username and password exactly as you did when you signed up; our system is cAsE SeNsiTiVe. Refer to the order confirmation email that you received shortly after you joined.
  2. If you are not sure of your username and/or password, click HERE to retrieve your account information.
  3. If you are absolutely certain that you are entering your username and password correctly but you still cannot enter the site, send your Full Name, Subscription ID, username and password to apprioate support email

  1. Check the list of sites here in the Support Center menu for a site name that looks familiar and then click on it.

I have been a member for a no. of months and suddenly I cannot use my password. I get a message stating "Authorization has failed." Why can't I get in?
Here are some possible explanations:

  1. You didn't enter your username and password in the correct case (upper/lower case) sequence.
  2. Your credit card was declined.
  3. Your credit card expired last month so we could not run your card this month. We inform all of our members of this unless we do not have a valid e-mail address or they do not want any e-mail sent.
  4. You cancelled your account.
  5. We canceled your account for unauthorized use of a credit card, sharing your password with other people, or similar reasons.
  6. You moved and didn't notify us. Therefore your credit card was declined because your address could not be verified.
